Client Services is your one-stop shop for technology support.
Whether you are having problems with your laptop (Windows or Mac), you need to borrow a camcorder for a class project or you want help configuring your smartphone, we can help you.
We operate three Technology Centers, one on each campus. We employ student workers (known as STARS) to work at these Tech Centers. Every STAR is specially trained to assist other students with their technology-related questions and issues.
Our main location is on the Mount Carmel Campus in the Arnold Bernhard Library, Room L138. On the North Haven Campus, we are located in the Center for Medicine, Nursing and Health Sciences at the Circulation Desk in the Health Sciences Library, Room MNH-182. For those on the York Hill Campus, we are in the Rocky Top Student Center, Room RTSC-236. Refer to our MyQ site (QU login required) for current hours and more details on the services and support that are available.
We encourage the use of our online Technology Help Request, which is available 24/7 and is the most efficient way to report problems or request technology support. We also provide technical support via telephone, 203-582-HELP (4357). If no one is available when you call, leave a brief message and you will receive a call back from the next available technician.
