Client Services is your one-stop shop for technology support.
Whether you are having problems with your laptop (Windows or Mac), you need to borrow a camcorder for a class project, or you want help configuring your smartphone, we can help you.
We operate two Technology Centers — one on the Mount Carmel and one on the North Haven campuses. We employ student workers (known as STARS) to work at these Tech Centers. Every STAR is specially trained to assist other students with their technology-related questions and issues.
Our main location is on the Mount Carmel Campus in the Arnold Bernhard Library, Room L138. On the North Haven Campus, we are located in the Center for Medicine, Nursing and Health Sciences at Room MNH-338. Refer to our MyQ page (QU login required) for more details on the services and support that are available.
We encourage the use of our online Technology Help Request (QU login required), which is the most efficient way to report problems or request technology support. We also provide technical support via telephone at 203-582-HELP (4357). If no one is available when you call, please leave a brief message and you will receive a call back from the next available technician.
