| (3 cr.) Students focus on the analytical skills required
for successful project planning and its
application to project management. The course
provides instruction in the activities, tasks and
techniques of project planning and management for
developing interactive content. Readings, cases
and simulations allow students to learn how these
planning skills are applied to produce
business/organizational results that require
project management. A comprehensive project plan
is developed that can be used for the master's
capstone.
