|(3 cr.) This course provides a comprehensive view of
biological and physiological psychology and the
methods utilized in behavioral neuroscience
research. Topics may include measurement and
techniques of animal behavior, ethics and
guidelines associated with neuroscience research,
logic of experimental design,
immunohistochemistry, ELISA, neurophysiology,
gross anatomy and scientific presentation skills.
This is a recommended course for behavioral
neuroscience majors and gives students a
background to succeed in research endeavors.
