LAWS 544 - Advanced Law & Medicine, SW

(2 cr.) This is a limited enrollment course, open only to students who have taken the introductory Law and Medicine course or who have professional training in medicine, nursing, or a related field. Students will be expected to do independent research in an area of health law to be approved by the instructor. In addition to producing a paper of substantial legal scholarship, students will be required to make class presentations on their research. (Prerequisite: Law and Medicine)
