LAWS 379 - Environmental Law
 
(3 cr.) This course examines the legislative, administrative, and judicial responses to environmental problems. We primarily focus on the major federal environmental statutes, including the Clean Air Act, the Clean Water Act, the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, the National Environmental Policy Act, and protections for endangered species and wilderness.
