Joseph P. Gaspar is Assistant Professor of Management in the School of Business at Quinnipiac University. His research focuses on deception and decision making in negotiations and organizations. His research has been published in Business Ethics Quarterly, Negotiation and Conflict Management Research, Organizational Dynamics, and the Journal of Social Psychology and has been presented at the Academy of Management, the Society for Business Ethics, and the International Association for Conflict Management. Joseph received his BS from Penn State University and PhD in Management and Global Business from Rutgers University. He is a member of the Schweitzer Lab Group at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to joining Quinnipiac, Joseph was a faculty member in the Department of Management and Global Business and the Department of Management Science and Information Systems at Rutgers Business School.
