How to Use QCard

• At a Value Transfer Station
  You can also check your account balances by swiping your card at a Value Transfer Station, located at the Student Center, Arnold Bernhard Library, School of Law and Perlroth.
  1. Press deposit money
  2. Swipe your card
  3. Insert your money and verify the amount deposited
  4. Take your receipt
  5. Your deposit will be available immediately

• At the Bursar's Office (check only)
  1. Pay cashier with check
  2. Your deposit will be available in one hour

• Login for parents
  (Please make sure your student has created an account before logging in. If not, please click "Create")
  1. Go to the QCard page
  2. Type in your student's first name and last name
  3. Type in your student's ID number
  4. Enter all necessary credit card information
  5. Specify amount
  6. Click submit

• Login for students
  (Please make sure you have created an account before logging in. If not, please click "Create")
  1. Go to the QCard page within MyQ
  2. Under "Login" type in your user name and password
  3. Click "Deposit"
  4. Enter all necessary credit card information
  5. Specify amount
  6. Click submit

• Post Office
• Campus Bookstore
• Copy machines/printers
• Laundry machines
• Vending machines
• Dining Locations
• MVP Laundry/Dry Cleaning Service
• Campus Copy*
