MG 331 - Quality Management
 
(3 cr.) The assurance of quality is a critical factor of success for both manufacturing and service firms. This course presents the quality concepts of Deming, Juran and Crosby. It covers in detail the concept of Statistical Quality Control. In addition, students are expected to apply quality concepts to real world situations and problems. Prerequisite: MG 211; As Needed
