(3 cr.) This is a study of problems arising from the coexistence of states within the American Federal Union and of nations within the world order. In particular, the course considers the issues of the choice of the law governing transactions related to more than one jurisdiction, constitutional limitations on the jurisdiction of courts, and recognition of sister-state and foreign judgements.
