MG 390 - Benchmarking: Concepts, Skills and Application
 
(3 cr.) The course is designed to teach students fundamentals of benchmarking as a method of maintaining advantage in the global market environment and further enhancing the acceptance of its products and services. The course focuses on achieving operational efficiency through unit re-engineering and data analysis models of manufacturing, and application of marketing and financial management framework.
