LAWS 390 - Consumer Law
 
(3 cr.) Consumer Law This course addresses problems of formation of consumer transactions, the substance of consumer transactions, and the remedies available to the parties. The focus is on whether any intervention to protect the consumers is warranted, what forms intervention might take, and evaluating the cost and benefit of intervention. (Prerequisite: Commercial Law)
