(3 cr.) Judicial behavior is assessed, based primarily upon the briefing of significant Supreme Court decisions. Research includes relevant Supreme Court decisions impacting on the following areas of foreign policy: political question, treaties, executive agreements, federal supremacy, act of state, municipal law, war powers, recognition of states and governments and sovereignty.
