PE 167 - Walking
 
(1 cr.) Walking is a safe, effective, and enjoyable exercise. It perfectly accommodates all ages and degrees of fitness. This class teaches the proper fundamentals of walking -- including posture, technique, rhythm and speed. Each student participates at his or her preferred level of intensity-low, moderate, high. Walking journals are maintained. As Needed
