BMS 304 - Biological Chemistry
 
(3 cr.) This course, which is for ELMPA majors only, is a comprehensive study of contemporary biochemistry for pre-physician assistant students. The fundamental chemical and physical principles that underlie living processes are examined with an emphasis on the chemical structure and biological function. Medical and clinical perspectives relate the chemistry to health concerns and/or diagnostic applications. Students who have completed CHE 315 are not eligible to take this course.
