BMS 475 - Special Topics in Microbiology
 
(4 cr.) The latest developments and concepts in the field of clinical and public health microbiology are introduced. Topics may include the oral microbiology, epidemiology of Streptococcal and Staphylococcal infections, antibiotic resistance, drug susceptibility testing, the bacteriology of the hospital environment, vaccine preventable diseases or quality control in the clinical microbiology laboratory.
