BIO 560 - Protein Biochemistry and Enzymology
 
(3 cr.) This course focuses on the role and importance of proteins and enzymes in cell biology. Topics covered include the structure, function, mechanisms, kinetics and regulation of enzymes. Emphasis is placed on laboratory techniques involving enzymes including purification, as well as the analytical and industrial use of enzymes.
