AT 240 - Strength Training & Conditioning (AT 481)
 
(3 cr.) This course addresses the scientific and theoretical basis of strength training and conditioning for sports performance. This includes understanding biomechanics, exercise physiology, adaptations to training, exercise technique, prescription and the basic structure of the variables used in the design of strength and conditioning programs.
