LE 225 - Alternative Dispute Resolution
 
(3 cr.) Students explore the various methods of dispute resolution that are available in the private sector, as alternatives to traditional litigation. Students learn to distinguish the various forms of dispute resolution, determine who participates in each form, how they participate and the advantages and disadvantages of each. Students role play in the various methods to more fully understand the mechanisms of alternative dispute resolution. Prerequisite: LE 101; Every Year, Fall
