LAWS 616 - International Environmental Law
 
(3 cr.) This three-credit course addresses several leading topics in international environmental law and policy, including climate change, ozone depletion, international trade and the environment, biodiversity protection, the polar regions, and the law of the sea. The course will examine sources of international environmental law and the roles that international law institutions play in developing and implementing international environmental agreements. The course also addresses extraterritorial application of domestic environmental law. As Needed, Summer
