IT 301 - Advanced Italian I

(3 cr.) This course is designed to help the student develop oral and written language skills to a high degree of proficiency, while exploring major social and cultural trends in contemporary Italy. Topics such as politics, popular culture, history and gastronomy are examined through authentic texts and a variety of media. Prerequisite: Italian 202 or permission of the instructor.
