|(3 cr.) This course considers the complex legal issues
surrounding private interactions between
individuals from different nations. Students
explore the sources of law that may apply when a
citizen of one country lives and works in another
country or simply has dealings on a business or
personal level with persons from other countries.
Topics include immigration, customs, taxation,
banking, family law, traveling, health care,
voting and criminal justice.
