About

I joined the faculty at Quinnipiac University in the Fall of 2012. Prior to coming to QU, I taught for a year at Georgia College in Milledgeville, GA. I received my PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Clemson University (Clemson, SC) in 2011. My research interests are in the following 3 areas: 1) interpersonal mistreatment in the workplace and its impact on health and performance; 2) organizational justice, diversity issues, and employee attitudes in personnel practices; and 3) the implications of the interface of technology and work.
