Jim Abrams has served as a Judge of the Connecticut Superior Court since 2007. He earned his Juris Doctor degree with honors from UConn Law School and a B.A. in Theatre Arts from Trinity College. Prior to his appointment to the bench, he was an attorney in private practice. He also served ten years as a State Representative in the Connecticut General Assembly and was Corporation Counsel for the City of Meriden. He recently was appointed to the New England Association of Schools and Colleges' Commission on American and International Schools Abroad.
