HSC 262 - Nutrition in Health and Illness
 
(3 cr.) This elective course focuses on the fundamentals of human nutrition in relation to disease prevention and treatment. This course applies practical nutrition concepts as vital tools for members of a health care team to achieve optimum patient care. Emphasis is placed on the science of nutrition, nutrition throughout the life cycle and clinical nutrition. Prerequisite: 1 group; BIO 101, BIO 102; SCI 161; Every Year, Fall and Spring
