JODI AMATULLI is director of development and alumni relations at Hamden Hall Country Day School. She has taught on the adjunct journalism faculty at QU since 2000. At Hamden Hall, Jodi serves as media liaison and writes and edits the Alumni Magazine. She is serving her first term (second year) on the Connecticut Association of Independent School's Commission on School Advancement, working collaboratively with other development, alumni, marketing, and communication professionals. Jodi is also a freelance writer whose work appears in The New Haven Register. Prior to joining Hamden Hall, Jodi served AAA's Connecticut Motor Club as manager of public relations and publications. Previously she worked in public relations at Trinity College's Austin Arts Center in Hartford, was a communications supervisor at Otis Elevator in Farmington, was a reporter-trainee at WTNH-TV in New Haven, and a reporter/anchor for WNNE-TV in Vermont. She holds a masters of art in liberal studies from Wesleyan University in Middletown, Conn., and a bachelors of art in journalism from the University of Kentucky in Lexington, Ky.
