Probate Law Journal

The Quinnipiac Probate Law Journal is published quarterly by the Quinnipiac University School of Law in cooperation with the National College of Probate Judges and Connecticut Probate Assembly. The Quinnipiac Probate Law Journal is a practitioner's guide and a source of information regarding probate law to the legal community.

Four issues each year include student notes and case comments, opinions from probate courts in Connecticut and other jurisdictions across the country, and scholarly articles by judges and practitioners.

Law students are eligible for candidacy in their second year of school. Students ranking in the top 15 percent of their class are academic invitees, while students in the top 50 percent of their class are invited to participate in a writing competition to become invitees.

The Quinnipiac Probate Law Journal invites the submissions of unsolicited articles, comments, essays and reviews for publication. In addition, the Quinnipiac Probate Law Journal invites probate judges from any jurisdiction to submit written decisions and opinions for publication.
