ED 534 - Learning and Teaching in the Elementary Classroom

(3 cr.) This course focuses on educational practice related to child development and learning theories within a constructivist philosophy. Topics addressed include: unit and lesson development, authentic assessment strategies, integrated curricula, and infusion of multicultural issues into elementary instruction.
