| (3 cr.) The initiation, planning and execution of a
project is one of the most demanding tasks
required of managers. This course introduces
students to the challenges of project management
with exposure to critical behavioral issues
involving intra- and inter-group collaboration.
The course also examines project planning and
control with topics such as scheduling (PERT/CPM),
resource allocation and earned value management.
Special emphasis is on the use of current P.M.
software.
