Strategic Leadership Track

For those with broader interests in leadership or leadership consulting, the strategic management track builds upon the program core and enhances knowledge in ethics, systems, globalization, customer management, performance, planning and strategic analysis and organizational design.
This track prepares students for diverse roles within organizations of varying types, sizes and orientations/missions as well as for careers that involve internal or external advisory roles as consultants, as leadership and organizational advisers or as professional coaches focused on individual performance evaluation and development.
Students pursuing this track complete three additional courses (nine credits). You may select any course from either the human resources leadership track, the public service/nonprofit leadership track, the healthcare management track or from the following electives:
