Welcome to "Your Electronic Award!"
Quinnipiac University provides students their award letters in an electronic format. This allows students immediate access to their financial aid information through a secure network, 24-hours a day, 7 days a week.
Students simply log into the system by entering their QU Student Id (7 digits) and the last 4 digits of their SSN. Notification will be sent to students via Quinnipiac email or postal mail when a award letter is ready for viewing.
Access Your Information:
- In order to access your award letter, you will need to enter your 7-digit QU Student ID and the last 4-digits of your Social Security Number (SSN). Once you've entered these items, you will be prompted to follow the link to your online award letter.
- Review the "Welcome Letter" then hit "Continue" and follow the prompts as indicated to access your financial aid information.
- Be sure to review your award letter and read all of the important information that accompanies your award. You will need to accept/decline each individual fund when prompted and complete the process by hitting the "Submit" icon at the bottom of the page.
- By submitting your electronic award, you are acknowledging your financial aid award and agreeing to abide by all of the terms and conditions set forth. A written confirmation will be sent to your Quinnipiac e-mail account, which you should keep for your records. The Graduate Financial Aid Office will automatically receive your information electronically within 24-48 hours (business days) after submitting the award.
