The Admissions and Financial Aid Offices are located on the first floor of the Echlin Center on the main quad of the Mount Carmel Campus. We invite you to visit us for an individual interview, a campus tour, group information session or an Open House. We are here year round!
For visits Monday through Friday, it's most convenient to use the Harwood "Visitor" Gate ' just west of the main entrance and park in the Visitor Lot. Both entrances are on Mount Carmel Ave. Please meet at the Admissions Office for all admissions and financial aid appointments and campus tours. If you're stopping by at any other time, please enter at the main entrance, where you will receive a campus map and be able to park and walk around. Please use the links below to access our online appointment calendar. We'll confirm your registration or other appointment with an e-mail. If you are not able to keep your appointment, please use the online system to cancel, which frees up that time for another student and family. Thank you!
Fall Open House Saturdays: Sept. 21, Oct. 19, Nov. 9
We recommend that you arrive between 9 and 10 a.m. and plan to spend several hours with us. The program starts in the Recreation Center on the Mount Carmel Campus. You'll have a chance to meet and talk with members of the faculty in the College of Arts and Sciences and the Schools of Business and Engineering, Communications, Education, Nursing and Health Sciences. You can also meet staff from our various student and academic services areas, including the library, the Learning Center, Campus Technology, Student Government, the Department of Residential Life, the Office of Multicultural and Global Affairs, Athletics and Recreation and Student Affairs.
You'll attend a 30-minute presentation about the University presented by a member of the admissions staff, followed by a campus tour. Starting at noon, there are several workshops, demonstrations and information sessions on a variety of majors and topics, plus a session on writing the college essay as well as helpful information on how to finance a college education. Those interested in our PT, OT, PA, nursing and diagnostic imaging programs will want to visit the North Haven Campus for faculty presentations on those programs and to see the state-of-the-art facilities. We'll provide a convenient 'grab and go' lunch. Dress casual, and enjoy!
We'll encourage all families to stop by the York Hill Campus, home of the TD Bank Sports Center, new residence halls and "Rocky Top", our new lodge-like student center, plus great views! Use our shuttle bus, or it's an easy stop on your way home. You'll receive the full schedule and directions when you register in the morning. The program ends by 3 p.m. Sign up now and we'll send a reminder prior to the event!

Group Information Sessions
Our group information sessions give you the opportunity to learn more about Quinnipiac from one of our staff, take a student-led campus tour and meet other visiting families. Sessions are offered on selected weekdays during the year and most Saturday mornings during the fall and spring semesters. Each session, which includes a campus tour, lasts about two hours. Saturday sessions are held from September until early December, then begin again in late January through early May, with several sessions each day during 'spring break' weeks in February and April and during busy summer months.
For planning purposes, we'd like to know in advance if you plan to attend. You can easily register for the group information session most convenient for you through our online admissions appointment calendar. You do not need to register for a tour time as the tour is included in the session.
We enjoy the opportunity to talk with students interested in Quinnipiac. You can schedule an individual interview (recommended but not required in the admission process) Monday through Friday throughout the year; interviews should be scheduled well in advance. Students and parents will have a chance to talk with a member of the admission staff, so please allow approximately one hour. If you would like to take a tour of the campus on the same day as your interview, we ask that you choose a tour time which immediately follows your interview appointment. Make your reservation now for an interview and/or campus tour through our online admissions appointment calendar. The calendar usually reflects the coming 2-3 month(s) and additional interview times are added frequently during the year. Please be sure to look for the 'freshman' interview or the 'transfer student' interview time slots.
Campus tours are held hourly Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. during the fall and spring semesters and the summer. (Due to 'move-in' for the fall, there are no tours the week of Aug. 19-23.) Campus tours are led by a current Quinnipiac student, who will highlight various points of interest throughout campus, including our library, academic buildings, student center and a freshman residence hall. Please check the online calendar to register for a tour time. All tours depart from the admissions reception area (Echlin Center) and last about an hour. If you are planning to come to campus for an individual interview and would like a campus tour as well, be sure to make your interview appointment first. View the online appointment calendar and register.
Either before or after your tour of the Mount Carmel Campus, we hope you'll drive the short distance to the York Hill Campus to see the TD Bank Sports Center (twin arenas for basketball and ice hockey) as well as the residence halls for juniors and seniors, plus "Rocky Top," the spectacular student center. You'll enjoy some amazing views of the region!
Access to the North Haven Campus is somewhat restricted during the summer due to construction work on the main entrance. We apologize for this inconvenience. If you would like to see the classrooms and facilities at the North Haven Campus where graduate students in the physical therapy and physician assistant programs, as well as undergraduates take their professional classes in occupational therapy, diagnostic imaging, nursing and education, please check our online appointment calendar. Beginning in September we'll be able to resume our regular tours of the center Monday - Friday. The Frank H. Netter MD School of Medicine will welcome their first class this fall!
