University helps local teachers develop Math Teachers' Circle
Three Quinnipiac educators are working with middle school math teachers from Hamden and North Haven to create a Math Teachers' Circle, where teachers in New Haven County can practice open-ended, inquiry-based problem solving and rekindle their joy for mathematics.

MBA student awarded Connecticut Women in Healthcare Management’s scholarship
Graduate student Kyle Hunchak was awarded for her strong commitment to a career in the industry with a $1,500 scholarship.

The Hearst Foundations award grant
The Hearst Foundations have awarded a $100,000 grant to the Frank H. Netter MD School of Medicine to establish the William Randolph Hearst Endowed Scholarship Fund to support students seeking careers as primary care physicians.
