A message from President John L. Lahey

Quinnipiac President John L. Lahey

To work at Quinnipiac University is to be part of an environment rich with innovation, change and leadership.

For over two decades, I have been proud to work closely with a community of individuals who are dedicated to keeping Quinnipiac both relevant and revolutionary, a place where students are the top priority and excellence in education is our main goal. Here, you will find yourself surrounded by people who care deeply about their work, the needs of our students and the surrounding communities.

Over the years, the University has experienced remarkable growth. As our student body has continued to increase, we’ve also expanded the physical size of the University and added many new academic programs. We acquired the Quinnipiac University School of Law in 1995. The Quinnipiac University Frank H. Netter MD School of Medicine welcomes its first class in the fall of 2013, and in so doing, we will become one of only 100 universities nationwide with both an accredited law and medical school.

Quinnipiac also stands at the forefront of national issues through the Quinnipiac University Polling Institute, Albert Schweitzer Institute, National Institute for Community Health Education and Institute for Entrepreneurship & Small Business Management. Through our School of Communications, we’ve also established the Fred Friendly First Amendment Award, honoring those who have shown courage and forthrightness in preserving the rights set forth in the First Amendment.

Quinnipiac is the perfect setting to truly change the future of higher education in your chosen field. Now is the time to make a turning point in your career. Join our community of creative thinkers, innovators and doers striving to make a difference every day.

Take the lead.
