The College of Arts and Sciences offers a master's degree program in molecular and cell biology. The program prepares students to succeed in the exciting field of biotechnology, which applies molecular and cell biology to the detection and treatment of human disease.

Many College of Arts and Sciences students majoring in disciplines such as biology, chemistry, English, history/social studies, mathematics or Spanish enroll in the five-year program to earn their master's degree in elementary or secondary education. Others choose to pursue a five-year program to earn both a bachelor of arts degree and a master of business administration (MBA) degree. Several CAS graduates have also enrolled applied to our schools of law or medicine upon graduation.
