This spring recruitment workshop is for initiated new members to learn about the basics of recruitment. We discuss recruitment rules, expectations, practice bumping and our specific ceremonies (songs), and bond with sisters. The goal of this workshop is to show new members the active member side of recruitment and begin the process of making each member recruitment proficient.
