Quinnipiac University

This class starts in the Spin studio with 45 minutes of cardio and then moves in the yoga studio for a deep stretch and relaxation. Our team of instructors are there to guide you together from one form of exercise to the other - a true full mind and body experience! Signing up for this class you are attending BOTH the Spin and Yoga portion.
