Promoting law reform effortsEstablished in 1998, the Center on Dispute Resolution focuses on integrating the theory and practice of dispute resolution, focusing on issues involving children and families. The center offers programs designed to improve the practice of family and juvenile law by developing innovative courses and workshops and by promoting family law advocacy and other law reform efforts.
The Quinnipiac-Yale Dispute Resolution Workshop sponsors a lecture series featuring nationally recognized scholars and practitioners.
