November 2, 1998 - Rowland Leads Kennelly 67 - 26 In Connecticut, Quinnipiac College Poll Finds; Dodd Leads Franks 64 - 27 Among Connecticut likely voters, Republican incumbent Governor John Rowland leads Rep. Barbara Kennelly, his Democratic challenger, 67 - 26 percent, with 6 percent undecided, according to a Quinnipiac College Poll released today. In an October 21 poll, Gov. Rowland led Rep. Kennelly 72 - 24 percent. Democratic incumbent Sen. Christopher Dodd leads Republican challenger Gary Franks 64 - 27 percent among likely voters, with 7 percent undecided, the independent Quinnipiac College Poll finds. In an October 22 poll, Sen.
