Screening of "Food Inc." Feb. 20
Feb. 19, 2013 - The University will host a screening of the documentary film, "Food, Inc.," on Wednesday, Feb. 20, at 7 p.m. in the Faculty Commons in the School of Law Center on the Mount Carmel Campus.
The documentary examines the food industry and how current approaches to growing, processing and marketing our food affect our health, sustainability and the lives of animals raised for consumption.
The event is part of Campus Cross Talks, a series of events, conversations and activities focused on a common theme of particular current interest and importance. This year's theme is "Bioethics: Life, Science & Ethics in a Changing World."
The free event is open to the public.
