Shelley Giordano promoted to associate dean of the School of Health Sciences
In her new position, Giordano is responsible for assisting the School of Health Sciences with strategic planning and supporting its dean, department chairs and directors. She also works with students in the School of Health Sciences, overseeing advising and assisting with initiatives that support academic success and the university's strategic plan.
"This new role as the associate dean in the School of Health Sciences is a tremendous opportunity and I am extremely excited to begin in this new position," Giordano said. "As a faculty member in the Department of Diagnostic Imaging for the past 11 years and a graduate of Quinnipiac University, I look forward to now contributing in a leadership role to the outstanding success of all our academic programs."
Giordano holds a doctorate in health sciences from Nova Southeastern University, a master's of business management from Albertus Magnus College and a bachelor's degree in diagnostic imaging from Quinnipiac.
