The Environmental Law Society cleans up Sleeping Giant State Park
Nov. 5, 2013 - The Environmental Law Society at the School of Law collected 30 pounds of trash on Nov. 3 while performing community service on the trails of Sleeping Giant State Park.
School of Law students Rebecca Schlenker and Michael Tone of the Environmental Law Society helped pick up 30 pounds of trash Nov. 3 at Sleeping Giant State Park.
"The Environmental Law Society has been focused this year on getting more involved in community activities and helping out at the local level," said Rebecca Schlenker, president of the society. "Many students utilize all that Sleeping Giant has to offer and our effort was just a way of trying to give back and to ensure that future students can continue to enjoy the natural beauty of the park."
