| MOUNT JEROME CEMETERY, DUBLIN.-This fine "city of the dead" is situated at Harold's Cross, now a part of the metropolis, and is recognized, in the main, as a burial place for non-Catholics. Although it contains the dust of many celebrated Irishmen, it is not, like Prospect cemetery, Glasnevin, famous for the imposing charcter of its mortuary monuments, if the fine chapel, partially revealed in the sketch, is expected. |
