Parents play an important role in the lives of their children. We want to assist you in getting comfortable with the Quinnipiac community during your student's years here.

Parents Leadership Gift Society

Quinnipiac University encourages parents to be involved in our community. Members of the Parents Leadership Gift Society can make an immediate impact on their son or daughter's experience.

Freshman Welcome Receptions

In preparation for the upcoming fall semester, please come visit with other freshman families in your area. Special guests will include members of Quinnipiac University's academic leadership team and current upperclassmen who will share insights from the University.

Parents and Family Weekend

Thousands of parents visit campus each year for Parents + Family Weekend. The weekend provides the opportunity for parents to catch up with students, check in with faculty and deans and enjoy the peak foliage on Sleeping Giant Mountain.

Orientation

The Orientation program is designed to help your son or daughter make a successful transition to Quinnipiac and college life. Orientation is held each year in June.

Commencement

Commencement is a time filled with excitement and achievement. The University will hold six Commencement ceremonies in May 2015, including two ceremonies for graduate students, one ceremony for law students and three undergraduate ceremonies.
