Men’s ice hockey standout goaltender Yaniv Perets, has been recalled to the NHL’s Carolina Hurricanes.

Following the men's ice hockey national championship win this year, Perets signed with the Hurricanes in April.

After many athletic accomplishments during his time at Quinnipiac, he has currently been playing for the Norfolk Admirals in the ECHL. The president and general manager of the Hurricanes recalled Perets from the Admirals, impressed by his skills and records.

The former bobcat continues to dominate the rink and advance as a professional hockey player throughout the country.
