A nursing education at Quinnipiac gives students a global perspective.

The School of Nursing prepare graduates for professional nursing practice who are capable of providing holistic care for diverse individuals, families, communities and populations in a variety of domestic and international settings.

Students gain a broad understanding of the nursing profession in the classroom and laboratory, at clinical sites and across the globe. The School of Nursing partners with the Albert Schweitzer Institute to organize humanitarian service trips to Nicaragua during school breaks.

The school also has a partnership with University College Cork's School of Nursing and Midwifery in Ireland, which allows students to complete a 60-hour practicum focusing on individual interests.
