As the national business honor society for undergraduate and graduate programs accredited by the AACSB International, this society offers the highest academic honor that a business student can attain. Eligible students must be ranked in the top 7 percent of their junior class, the top 10 percent of their senior class or the top 20 percent of their master’s class. International Students: Phi Beta Delta
Phi Beta Delta is an honor society that recognizes the scholarly achievements of international students and scholars, U.S. students who have studied abroad and faculty members and staff who are involved in international activities. Quinnipiac’s chapter is Epsilon Theta. Students are elected each fall and are required to have a cumulative GPA of 3.25.

Marketing: Delta Epsilon Chi
Quinnipiac University’s Delta Epsilon Chi is a local chapter of National DECA Inc. (an association of marketing students). The organization creates a strong relationship with the business community, providing necessary experience and appreciation of the American free enterprise system. Exposure to high-quality competitive events, leadership workshops and networking also is available to post-secondary students to guide personal career development. Students partake in fundraising and community service as a way to give back to the community.

Math & Science: Sigma Xi, the Scientific Research Society
The Quinnipiac chapter of Sigma Xi includes student and faculty members from chemistry, psychology, mathematics, biology and other disciplines.

Nursing: Sigma Theta Tau International nursing honor society
Tau Rho, the Quinnipiac chapter of the Sigma Theta Tau International society, includes outstanding nursing students. Sigma Theta Tau International is dedicated to supporting the learning, knowledge and professional development of nurses who are committed to making a difference in health worldwide. Occupational Therapy: Pi Theta Epsilon
Pi Theta Epsilon is the national academic honor society for occupational therapy students who attend an accredited program. PTE upholds high scholastic achievement and performs community service and ongoing research. PTE is a student-run, faculty-advised chapter that sponsors speakers, performs fund raising and promotes the visibility of OT in the community.
