The Mount Carmel Campus is home to the First Year Residential Experience (FYRE) for first year students, the Sophomore Programming Initiative (SPIN) for sophomore students, the transfer student population, and five residential interest communities. Students living here will have an opportunity to live in suite-style, traditional or apartments.
The York Hill Campus includes extensive new apartment-style residence halls, a parking garage, the TD Bank Sports Center and the Rocky Top Student Center. Junior students live on the York Hill Campus in The Crescent residence hall and Westview. Senior students have the option of living in Eastview, The Townhouses at York Hill, the apartments at Whitney Village, and the University-owned off-campus houses in the local area.
