The Department of Residential Life offers multiple housing options to graduate students. Students may select from a variety of University-owned off-campus houses as well as townhouses at Circular Avenue and apartments at Whitney Village. The residences are all located in Hamden and are available on a first-come, first-served basis for graduate students.

These residences offer graduate students the comfort of living near other University students in a traditional neighborhood in Hamden. They are located within 15 minutes of the Mount Carmel Campus and approximately 18 minutes from the North Haven Campus.
