February 1, 2010	Admissions deadline for consideration for merit awards Tuition and fees for the coming year are set
March 1, 2010	Deadline for freshmen to file their FAFSA
Early March 2010	Freshmen awarding begins
April 1, 2010	Deadline for returning students to file their FAFSA Summer financial aid applications available online
May 1, 2010	Freshmen deposits are due 1^st payment on 10-month payment plan through FACTS is due
May 19, 2010	Satisfactory progress is reviewed and “No SAP” letters are mailed
Early June 2010	Freshmen bills are mailed Loans or payment plans for freshmen should be finalized Returning student awarding begins First-time student loan applicants need to complete their Master Promissory Note and entrance interview Electronic student loan certification begins
Late June 2010	Freshmen bills are due Returning student bills are mailed Loans or payment plans for returning students should be finalized
July 1, 2010	Students can search the web for work-study jobs
Late July 2010	Returning student bills are due
August 30, 2010	Fall classes begin Perkins Notes are signed and completed
September 2010	Returning student appeals are reviewed Work Study and Perkins loan waitlists are reviewed (Additional awards are made on a funds-available basis)
Late November 2010	Incomplete financial aid files are closed and aid is cancelled
December 25, 2010 – January 1, 2011	Winter recess – Quinnipiac offices are closed
