The Computer Help Desk provides telephone support for questions about Information Services access and use, as well as technical support for university-owned computers and laptops purchased through the Laptop Purchase Program. A full description of Computer Help Desk services is available on MyQ (network credentials required). University members not using a university-owned computer, or a laptop purchased through the Laptop Purchase Program will find limited support information in MyQ as well.
University members may use the Network Password Reset to create or change his/her network password (required for MyQ, email, Blackboard and WebAdvisor).
The Help Desk Request form may be used to report problems, or request help with a program laptop or University-owned computer. You may also submit a request for questions regarding email, WebAdvisor, Blackboard, MyQ, or any other information service.
