Computer Help Desk

The Computer Help Desk provides technical support to members of the University community with computers acquired through the University's Laptop Purchase Program, and facilitates access to Dell's warranty service for these computers. The Computer Help Desk also provides telephone support for questions about information services access and use.

Any Quinnipiac University community member may use the Network Password Reset link to create and update his/her password for access to network services via the MyQ portal.    

The Computer Help Desk form, available to all University members, may be used to report problems or request help or service regarding the use of laptop program or University-owned computers, e-mail, WebAdvisor, Blackboard, MyQ, or any other information service.
